Associations

Our department is a hub of student social life. A wide variety of associations and clubs (e.g. translation and theater) provide students with the opportunity to gain new skills and experience. 

IDEES

IDÉES is an association founded by the students from the Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Multilingual Communication (CICM). This association aims at promoting international cooperation and solidarity by organizing various social events and activities, encouraging debates on issues relating to international and sustainable development, and developing relationships between the academic and professional worlds.

ATLAS Traduction

As a junior enterprise, ATLAS Traduction is run by the second-year Master’s students in Multilingual Specialized Translation and offers four main services: translation, proofreading/editing, interpreting and terminology.

Oméga 2000

The association Oméga 2000 is run by the second-year Master’s students in Trilingual International Business Negotiation (NTCI). It provides businesses with consulting services in the fields of marketing and commerce, languages and cross-cultural communication: market research, adaptation of texts into foreign languages, prospecting, advice on international expansion, adaptation of the marketing mix for overseas markets, events management, etc.

Association Juristes économistes trilingues (JET)

The JET association organizes events to foster integration and promote cultural outings among the students preparing a joint Bachelor’s degree in Law and Foreign Languages or Economics / Management and Foreign Languages.

Bureau des étudiants LEA

The student’s union organizes student nights as well as sports and cultural events for the students in Applied Foreign Languages.

CELLVA

The goal of the student’s union (Literature and Foreign Languages) in Valence is to make student life fun and offer cultural activities.

ANLEA

The National Association for Applied Foreign Languages is a university association created in 1972 in order to represent, promote and federate French university programs in Applied Foreign languages.
